NanoFreeze has created novel bionanotechnology that provides an alternative to refrigerating naturally. Proteins are used to freeze at a higher temperature creating a more resilient ice. NanoFreeze's bionanotechnology improves the crystallization process allowing water to freeze at a faster rate with a longer freezing period. The bio-nano compound can be reused allowing the process of nucleation to be repeated under low energy input conditions, and transportation costs are reduced with a smaller freight size.
